On Thursday, February 5th, 2015, Christensen Farms hosted their first annual organizational awards banquet in New Ulm, Minnesota recognizing individuals and teams within the organization who strive to live the mission and values every day, performs at the highest level, consistently exceeding expectations and is fully engaged in the business no matter what role they play.
This event brought together employees, friends and family from across three of Christensen Farms’ six Midwest regions including Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois to appreciate, celebrate and recognize the 2014 Organizational Award winners.
Glenn Stolt (Christensen Farms CEO) and Mary Ann Christensen (Christensen Farms board member and part owner) presented the Christensen Farms Award for Excellence to thirteen individuals and one team on this evening while the Christensen Farms’ Senior Management Team presented the Bob Christensen Award for Excellence to four of its employees.
Christensen Farms’ Employee and a 2014 award winner, Amy Schimmelpfennig commented, “I had a really fun night, and the event was very personal and professional all at the same time. It makes me really proud to work for Christensen Farms and with such a talented group of people.”
