Southwestern Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Bring the flavor of the Southwest to your grill. Serve with Corn & Black Bean Salad (Side Dish category) and cornbread.

2 whole pork tenderloins (about 1 1/2 pounds total)
5 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 In small bowl, mix well all seasonings and vegetable oil together.
2 Rub mixture over all surfaces of tenderloin.
3 Cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
4 Grill over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, until thermometer inserted reads 155 to 160 degrees F.
5 Pork is done when there is still a hint of pink in the center.
6 Slice to serve.
