Southwestern Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Bring the flavor of the Southwest to your grill. Serve with Corn & Black Bean Salad (Side Dish category) and cornbread.

pork tenderloins (about 1 1/2 pounds total)

chili powder
|
 |

oregano

ground cumin
|
 |

cloves
|
 |
garlic, crushed

vegetable oil

| Preparation:

In small bowl, mix well all seasonings and vegetable oil together.

Rub mixture over all surfaces of tenderloin.

Cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

Grill over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, until thermometer inserted reads 155 to 160 degrees F.

Pork is done when there is still a hint of pink in the center.
