On Thursday, January 14, 2016, Christensen Farms hosted its second annual awards banquet in New Ulm, Minnesota to recognize the 2015 Christensen Farms Organizational Award winners. A portion of this evening was spent honoring these winners by presenting the Christensen Farms Award for Excellence to 18 individuals and 1 team and the Bob Christensen Award for Excellence to 4 individuals.
This event brought together employees, friends and family from across three of Christensen Farms’ six Midwest regions including Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska to appreciate, celebrate and recognize the 2015 Organizational Award winners.
These awards recognize individuals and teams within the organization, in every region, who strive to live our mission and values every day, perform at the highest level, consistently exceed expectations and are fully engaged in the business, no matter what role they play in the company.
Glenn Stolt (Christensen Farms’ CEO) and Mary Ann Christensen (Christensen Farms board member and owner) presented the Christensen Farms Award for Excellence to 18 individuals and one team on this evening while the Christensen Farms’ Senior Management Team presented the Bob Christensen Award for Excellence to four of its employees.
