Triumph Foods, a producer-owned pork processing company located in St. Joseph, Missouri, has donated more than 20,000 pounds of meat to Second Harvest Community Food Bank for distribution through its network of 100 partner agencies, just a few months after announcing a 17,000-pound bulk donation. The donation of pork ribs, loins, hams and other cuts of meat is enough food to help provide more than 16,600 meals across the 19 counties Second Harvest serves in Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas.
Christensen Farms is also the largest shareholder of Triumph Foods located in St. Joseph, Missouri. Triumph Foods, a producer-owned pork processing plant, is a leading processor of pork products for both the U.S. and the global marketplace.
